DEPOSITS:

All bookings require a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT* ranging from 20-50% of the service total to secure your appointment. The exact deposit amount will be clearly communicated prior to finalizing the appointment.

*Only ONE deposit will be deducted from your total.*

Your deposit is transferable for ONE reschedule, as long as you are rescheduling within our policy time limits. Deposits vary depending on the service, there is also a convenience fee added to each deposit, that does NOT come off your total.

You have the option to REBOOK for a future appointment with your service provider at the end of your service. You will get a text with a link to pay the deposit for your new service date & time. You have up to 48hrs before your appointment time to pay your deposit. If the deposit is not paid within that time period, your appointment WILL be cancelled.

RESCHEDULING:

You can RESCHEDULE your appointment up to 36hrs before your appointment time. However, you only get ONE RESCHEDULE - per deposit, it must be rescheduled in the same month, please contact your service provider via email, direct message, or phone for any emergencies or concerns.

If you cancel your appointment and reschedule it on your own, you can not use your old deposit for your new appointment. There is ONE deposit deduction per appointment. After THREE reschedules in a row, you will no longer be able to book an appointment.

CANCELLATION & FEES:

You have up to 24hrs after booking your appointment to CANCEL, in order to get your deposit back.

We reserve the right to charge you a 50% of the remaining balance on your appointment, for SAME-DAY cancellations. SAME-DAY cancellations are cancellations made within 24hrs of your appointment START TIME. After
